We hope you love your RENDOR pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer site credit for unworn items that are sent back within 21 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
To request an exchange for site credit, email email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on byrendor.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.
Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
A $10 fee will be charged for return and processing on all orders; this will be automatically deducted from site credits and/or all exchanges.
RENDOR reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
RENDOR is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
